If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not quite like yourself lately, you’re not alone or crazy. I work with individuals, especially college students and emerging adults, who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship struggles, past trauma, and that persistent inner critic that seems to have way too much to say!

My approach to therapy is holistic and grounded in the belief that our current struggles are often shaped by our past experiences. Together, we’ll explore how those experiences may be impacting you now, and work to create new patterns that feel more aligned with the life you want. I draw from mindfulness practices, DBT skills, and a foundation of compassion to help you feel more connected and supported as you make meaningful changes.

Therapy with me is a collaborative space. It’s somewhere you can show up just as you are, get curious about what’s underneath the surface, and take steady steps toward healing and growth. I’m here to support you in finding more clarity, presence, and confidence as you move through whatever chapter you’re in.If that sounds like something you’re ready for, I’d love to meet you.

Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy painting, crocheting, collecting plants, playing video games, being a handywoman, learning new hobbies and skills, spending time with friends and family, lounging with my cats, and my guilty pleasure- watching anime!
