Are you struggling to manage anxiety or regulate emotions? Are you and your partner in distress?
I work with adults 18+ and I am passionate about helping clients navigating the difficult world of anxiety including general anxiety, panic disorder, and health anxiety. I aim to provide a safe space where you can process in addition to providing practical skills and tools to help reduce anxiety in the here and now. In addition to individual therapy I also provide couples therapy. I utilize an integrative perspective pulling from various modalities and aim to offer couples a safe space to dialogue along with practical tools for improving their relationship.
I run 6-8 week Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) groups. Please see below for current and upcoming group information.

DBT Group is an evidenced based therapy for those with depression. anxiety, self-harm, disordered eating or substance abuse. Participants can expect to learn more about mindfulness, emotional regulation, managing distress and reactivity in a safe group environment. DBT skills are practical and have a high rate of success at increasing a person's overall distress tolerance.
