I received specialized training through the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute
I combine the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) to effectively treat OCD.
WONDERING WHAT TO EXPECT?
In addition to providing the gold standard treatment combination of ERP and CBT, Erin also provides each of the following:
Creation of a customized weekly treatment plan
Access to check-ins with therapist between sessions
In-home or public meetings available for exposures as needed
Education and therapeutic support to loved ones as part of treatment (with consent/as desired)
Supportive OCD educational material
OCD Treatment Fees (not covered by insurance)
Initial Session $250 (55 minutes)
Follow up Sessions $200 (55 minutes)
