Hello! I’m currently pursuing my M.S.Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Purdue University Fort Wayne. As a counselor-in-training, I believe that every person’s journey is unique and deeply personal. I strive to honor the individuality of your path and the lens through which you view your world.

• Gestalt Therapy: Focusing on present-moment awareness, authentic contact, and balancing attention between self and environment.
• Internal Family Systems (IFS): Including deep inner child work to support healing and integration of internal parts.
• Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): Used with couples to strengthen emotional bonds and create secure, connected relationships.
