I specialize in working with individuals who may be navigating traumatic experiences (often resulting in struggles with anxiety, depression, and life transitions). Whether you are a parent seeking support for your child or an individual looking for personal growth, I am here to walk with you through your journey with care and respect. No trauma is “too big” or “too small” for therapy to be helpful.
I am trained in EMDR and use this to help you get “unstuck” from traumatic life experiences. With an emphasis on trauma-informed care, I also use somatic therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to awaken growth by identifying and healing the various 'parts' of self.
My goal is as your therapist is always to create a safe, nurturing space for the exploration of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I want you to leave my office feeling seen, heard and supported. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding; and the recognition that you have a unique story and an existing set of strengths to draw upon.
