Beth Pingel, intern
Prior to working toward her MHC, Beth taught parenting and life skills classes for local social service agencies. Most recently she has provided support for women and families at a pregnancy resource center. This experience has given Beth a unique perspective in understanding the importance of both listening well and caring for individuals facing obstacles in creating a healthy life for themselves and their children. Beth believes therapy is a journey of both insight and growing pains. Essentially, the work of therapy is as unique as the client and therapist who embark on the process together. Counseling can bring clarity in a time of crisis, an unexpected event, or discernment about the next season of life. It can also mean learning new skills, practicing the art of difficult conversations and embracing the future with courage and peace.
Beth specializes in working with adolescents and adults in the following areas:
Anxiety
Depression
ADHD
Relationship Struggles
Parenting
Pregnancy and Perinatal Mental Health
