Whitney uses a compassionate approach with evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, and PTSD to decrease distressing symptoms, improve emotion regulation, and bring health and vitality to relationships. In working with Whitney, the goal isn’t simply symptom management. Together we will work toward healing trauma, gaining insight into our conflicting inner world, and building secure relationships with both the Self and others. Whitney also has training and experience in integrating faith into therapy if the client requests. Whitney works with college students, adults, and teenagers who want to experience change and growth in their lives.
